International Programme in Hospitality Management

Programme Overview

Whether you dream of working for a global hotel chain, travel the world on a cruise liner, or are an entrepreneur at heart with your sights set on opening a family-run restaurant, bed and breakfast establishments, etc, we have a range of qualifications from foundation level 3 right up to pro-graduate level 6 awarded by the Confederation of Tourism and Hospitality (CTH). The Level 6 Pro-Graduate Programme is the ultimate undergraduate level award and has been expressly designed to provide equivalent learning to that provided by a British university bachelor’s degree programme in hospitality. Completion of the foundation level 3 allows for entry of the work place after just 12 months of study. Or continue with the intermediate level 4.

This highly reputable, professional programme is recognised by top global institutions such as Tsogo Sun, Hilton, Premier Inn, Renaissance, Radisson Edwardian and Thistle hotels, the Dhaka Sheraton, etc and opens up opportunities for travelling the world. The scope of the subjects you will study in this programme allows access to a wide range of positions such as: food and beverage manager, front-of-house manager, banqueting manager, catering manager, sales manager, event manager, guest relations manager, restaurant manager, kitchen manager, etc.
