Triversita Short Course: Corporate Strategy

Course overview

This course touches on the traditional principles of strategic planning and implementation, but has a customer-centric perspective and focusses strongly on business and revenue growth strategies and performance. Traditionally, business strategy, as a functional discipline, received little attention from small business owners and managers. This contributed significantly to the high failure rate of both start-up businesses and established businesses that seized to remain relevant.
